To reduce or increase the amount of adhesive left on the surface when using the comb simply lean the tool over this will reduce the depth of adhesive on the surface or stand upright this will leave more adhesive simple and easy to use.
When using on harsh surfaces such as render or concrete more than 1 comb may be needed as the plastic will wear down reducing the depth of product.
